Must be qualified in all delegating nursing functions (including medication administration). Must manage residents’ wellness visits, monitor medications, assess Certified Med Tech’s. At least three years in a nurse management or supervisory role required. Coordinate the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge. Act as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
